The celebration was conducted in a traditional and joyful manner, emphasizing gratitude, unity, and spiritual well-being among the children and staff. The day began with the preparation of the pooja area, beautifully decorated by the children with flowers, banana leaves, and colorful kolams. The idols of the deities and tools used in daily activities were arranged neatly and adorned with sandalwood paste, kumkum, and garlands. Ayudha Pooja, symbolizing respect for tools, instruments, and vehicles that support daily work, was observed with devotion and discipline. The celebration was graced by the presence of our Secretary, Ms. Lakshmi Ravichandran, who distributed gifts and new dresses to all staff members as a token of appreciation for their dedication and service. Her thoughtful gesture brought smiles and happiness to everyone and reinforced the spirit of togetherness within the Seva Chakkara family. The children actively participated by helping decorate the pooja area, arranging flowers, lighting lamps, and joining in the worship. After the pooja, prayers were offered for blessings, peace, and prosperity. The sacred atmosphere was filled with chants, devotion, and the fragrance of incense, creating a serene and spiritually uplifting environment. The event was coordinated and supervised by Ms. Jessylara, Program Coordinator, who ensured the smooth organization of the celebration across both homes. Staff members worked collaboratively to support the children and manage the arrangements. After the pooja, prasadam was distributed to all children and staff, marking the completion of the ceremony.
